Sounds like you had an eventful day at work. Glad things turned out ok. Hope the girl is ok too. Hopefully she gets away from the guy. As for BB I care less which of the losers win the money. CBS needs to stop manipulating who wins the games.  Someone posted this year was the worst at how they scripted scenes so you had no idea who was winning. Like how was Keanu so bad at all those comps near the end. How could Vinny and Morgan win HoH back to back to back? I hear she is comparing herself to one of the past winners and he compares himself to another. I quit watching that other show on Fridays with Derrick and Taylor. Hate to think she will be on the Amazing Race. Hope she gets sent home quickly. She is so fake acting.

Appointment went okay, was in the consultation room for nearly an hour, had jotted down all the questions I wanted to ask. Being tested for chrohn's disease and colitis, trying new medication for IBS cramps. Got to wait for an appt for a bone density scan to check on my osteoporosis and another scan on my gallbladder to measure the size of multiple polyps. Sadly my anxiety if off the scale, a vicious circle of worrying about my health problems. Got to reduce blood thinners in November and am waiting on an MRI scan on my neck. Just seems like a never ending list of hospital appointments to contend with. Sorry to see that you suffer with anxiety too, it's a beast isn't it? Blustery day here, a good day to hang all my laundry out. Going for a little drive with my hubby later, we go out most days just to break the monotity. Take care x x ((Hugs)) x x
