Good evening Lynne. I hope your weather improves for Easter. Yes the taping did help my back but at the minute I need physio again as did some lifting in Joan's so back sore again. My friend and I went to see Buddy the musical in the Grand Opera House last night and an overnight stay in a hotel. The show was fabulous and a Christmas present from my niece. It was for her mum, Joan and myself but she is not fi enough  . So I will pay for a show later in the year. My friend dropped me at Joan's 2pm after we got home from Belfast. I wanted to change beds and tidy up for her son and family coming from England on Saturday. Got  home at 8pm. Take care x
