Good Evening Fairy Sprinkles Nancy~🌜 I had plans to do some yardwork~ My Son called & that delayed my plans a bit~ I ended up doing a bit of yardwork~ I hurt my leg last week~ Made an appointment on Monday~ They will see me next week Monday~ I have no idea what I did? Just the pain goes from my knee, to the back of knew then my calf, & my shin, then my sciatica.  I use that spray that smells like ben gay~ Works for a little while~ So I am trying to keep off my feet for a bit~ Sounds like you had a busy day~ Appointment in the morning for a Mamo~ I am happy it's early~ Wishing U a Lovely Evening Hun~
