Breaking in a new pair of slip on shoes my son sent for Mothers Day, may take awhile for my feet to adjust... Ouch for now..lol.

Morning Lorraine... I had to laugh as Kay called and said how brave I was when I got shingles.. It wasn't until she caught it that she realized what I was going through.... It is healing up but will take a few weeks for her skin to return to normal. That Zinc Oxide cream worked wonders on mine plus living alone I was able to nap on my front and give it lots of fresh air to dry up the spots... Gotta get Kay out of pants and into a dress..lol... Hope the Physio is helping your back. Take care and enjoy the sunshine for now. Love and Hugs xoxox
