Yes I have seen the Wayne gatesy programs I do watch a lot of shows on murder and the nutters that do it .. shocking how some folks grow up to be mass murderers and carry on killing till there caught xx but I do find it fascinating xx lunch was ok but I wasn't in the mood for it but still ate it xx did you get a walk today??? Xx been dry here but chilly so no messing in the garden xxx how was your beef today??  I havd a couple of joints in the freezer so I shall have to use them up soon before they ice up xx meats expensive so don't want to waste it xxx
