I did better went to sleep at 10 an woke at 5ish so I did good ......we need a good one every now an then dont we xx meat not cheap any more is it even for costco but as long as it was delicious its well worth it but your right it shrinks a lot once cooked lolol xx I do mine in oxo gravy with chopped onion so no shrinking  and susan can eat it cooked that way xx no I never charge my phone when I going to bed either too dangerous xx
