Morning Michele Yay bright ans sunny, haha it is nippy , I just wish they could sort the liver issues  its now having all these  knock on effects , with low  readings on all my vitamins, ?  its all come about since i had chemical hepatitis , it just wont function properly ? yes i know there's nothing nasty going on had 2 ultra scans in less than a year ?  I am not a fan of synethics in any form Michele, I have seen he liver consulant as well  he said  as far as hes concerned we are all good !!. Enjoy  the shopping,  Iam collecting Margot later for a sleep over,  i brought new colouring books and crayons from HB yesterday  ;-]] xxx 

Morning Michele, well you are up and busy, no lay in this morning. I woke up at 5.30 but went back to sleep. It’s bright to start, hope it stays like it. Going round to Nats this afternoon, more food lol. You have a lovely weekend, don’t spend it all working, have some chill time xxxx

Good morning boss xx it’s Saturday and you’re up,,, lol get them towels out before it’s rain,,, but hey the weather is looking good,,,  like you, I would prefer to watch men play rugby,,, they get injured they play on,,,, and no violence on the terraces xxx have a good one,,, enjoy xxx
