splashed-- It was a good day--there was tea but just 3 of us were there--conversations were good but the table looked rather empty. After tea another lady and I decided seen as the weather was good we would go for a walk around the building,it was actually out to the side street and back and then we sat out on the bench out front for a bit talking to all and sundry who came of went. Got a very stern warning when I got back in from somebody who was sitting waiting. The freesh air and exercise will do us good and should do it all the time. Off tomorow moning to the hospital again to get the shot in my shouder--hope it works better than last time but its a gamble and any no pain is a bonus. Have a good night.

Night Michele, it has been chilly today. Glad work was steady. I popped to my son in laws, put some washing away then nipped in Tesco.   I also stripped the wallpaper off the wall in my bedroom. Hi Michele..wow another 4lbs off that is fabulous over 3 stone off.  You must look amazing and feel a million dollars!!  Well done and congrats.  Keep up the good work.  Spent the afternoon in the garden but even though the sun was out it was only because I was moving around I didn't get cold.  It is quite cool if you sit in it.  I see your work was quiet that can't be bad.  Hope tomorrow is the same.  Aah I am glad you messaged James it was a good idea.  I hope he is ok.  I will look forward to hearing from you if you hear from him.  It's not like him to disappear like that.  It's worrying.  Have a good evening and sleep well xxx
