Good night splash--We have had almost everythinggot some sun today.there was rain,snnow,ice pellets and gold old freezing rain and the forcast does not sound very promising. Kevin has decided he will come over after work and stay over that was he doesn't have to try to navigate icy roads in the dark. Sagwa will be a happy puss cat though. I will be glad when the olympics are done my system will not take these stree filled final games . I hope  it will all work out for the guy you sent off today and you will have a success story there,Have a good night.

I really don`t think most workplaces are prepared for the mass exodus in the next 5-10 years . Replacements are not really interested in staying with a place more than 5 years .

Hi Michele ty for the PM ...well you have put things in motion now with that chap so it's up to him now.  I hope it all works out.  Sorry to read about the other fella not being well.  I know you want him sorted to.  Hopefully tomorrow he will be better.  But with Cardiac Failure he could be unwell for a while.  No wonder you think he needs more than accommodation. 
I did enjoy my time with hubby's Aunt she is a lovely lady and it was great to catch up with her.  Hopefully we will do it again soon.  How lovely you got a free coffee in M & S it's nice to see that your appreciated and you do deserve it Michele.  Not surprised you shattered.  I hope you get a good nights rest and feel refreshed tomorrow.  Night night xxx
