They were a reward for completing Easter tasks a few years back, but haven't been made available since.  So no, there's no way to get them now, I'm afraid.

I've forgotten ...does a FG supersroom deter pests 100% ? Or does it have to be RFH

It has to be fully grown to deter the mice and ducks.  And it deters them completely (but brings WRC).  It doesn't do anything when it's RTH.

Low tables of bird mix, for the ordinary Easter eggs.  You can always see which food/tables you need in the Wildlife Guide.
