I have a plant in my garden set up to attract a lazy caterpillar and have just spotted one but it doesn't say it's nurturing a chrysalis?
you can only have multiple rainbow butterpillafloras nurturing a chrysalis at one time, but not any other color. So when the rainbow butterpillaflora you have currently is "attracting a butterfly", then you can spot a LIC for your indigo plant

No, it didn't. The rainbow is the only plant which can take a chrysalis while there is another in the garden. If you want to keep hunting now, though, you can dust the rainbow plant to fully grown so that the indigo will take one.
thanks Rachel, I'd completely forgot about that as I've been planting in the rainbows! thought I'd plan ahead and save the blue in the rainbow butterpilla for the next round..but I always instead mess up and over complicate things. luckily ive dusted and just spotted another!
thanks for your help and reply
