I do exactly the same as you,  I wait until you get offered about 55 moves..  no good paying 10 gold for 5 moves.. hah. 
Once you start work in the garden, you lose track of time..  and end up with all kinds of aches and pains.  You need to have a break, when is Bob's surgery?..   I have one just like him..  he's had a few operations, and usually ends up coming home the next day. lol..
