I looked at yours while getting the infor you wanted, I seen that for a red gemstone flowr you need to plant a flora praecocia in a old glass bottle, for a green gem flower you need to plant a flora praecocia in a sea shell, for a blue gemstone you need to plant a flora praecocia in a coconut pot, for a gold gemstone you need to plant in a golden pot, for a purple gem you need to plant in a old bucket and for an organe one you need to plant in a blue alchemy pot and finally for a pink gem you need to plant in a teacup.
