Well things haven't really been moving with my car or the house. The women who was delaing with the house repairs didn;t respond to any of my 9 emails I've sent since Jan 10th & it was an incorrect number she had on her contact details. I kept phoning the actual company each week to be fobbed off, they kept saying she was on annual leave, then they finally admitted yesterday that she had been fired. No one else had been allocated to my case! After I expressed my frustration & annoyance they said someone would be allocated & I had to send all of the quotes through again, plus all of the emails I'd previously sent chasing it. I'm hoping the bay window & front door will be replaced quickly as it's a security issue. I'm sooooo frustrated with it all. My Son works different hours each week, & when he's at aowrk, my work is letting me work from home so there is always someone in the house, which is soooo incredibly good of them. I'm working from home today (and popping onto FL lol) The window panes were smashed when the car drove into the wall, so there are boards up the windo instead of glass,
