The instructions are in the Wildlife Guide, under Seasonal, in the forum of the poem which your friend has on her back wall.
You need the five different flowers as listed:
One with only yellow and green petals
One with only blue petals
One with red, blue and violet petals
One with indigo and yellow petals
And one with all orange petals.
You may have some all-blue and all-orange pots stored, from having done the other colours. You can get a yellow and green one, if you don't already have one, by using an all-yellow honeyblossom which will attract yellow and green bees, and filling a new hive. The violet, red and blue one is pretty easy, because the all-violet flower only attracts violet bees, and an empty hive will attract only red bees.
The only slightly tricky pot is the yellow and indigo, but if you get a hive started with an indigo bee then fill it with yellow from an all-yellow flower, you should be OK. You can always store the pots between colours as you build them :)

At least you get rid of the dragons. With the supershroom some worms come, but it's not as hard. Now you are interested in getting a beehive with at least 3 blue bees in. So, if you reach 3 green ones, you can send it to storage or discard it.
I say send to storage, because I am not so sure that the bear doesn't come to a bi-coloured pot. The wildlife says one coloured for the bear, but I saw some who try use them too.
