Hi Tracey! Nice to see you again! How have your been feeling with those antibiotics? No, they never take us out anywhere. I haven’t breathed fresh air since January. They do a Walmart run here about once a month, but you must have money to spend for that. Hooe you’re feeling much better! See you in my garden sooner rather than later! Take care! 😉

Hubby and I are still in Alabama visiting our daughter, granddaughter,and her hubby, and their two precious kids. Our ex son in law treated us to lunch a couple of days ago. We're a functional family in a very disfunctional world.  :D

Thanks for your exhaustive list Christine! I was told to stay away from 🥔 so I’m surprised it’s on your list. 🍞 too by the way! A1C is the overall average of your blood sugar level of the last three (3) months. Usually the hospital can provide that for you. I hope you will be able to maintain a healthy diet and stay away from 🍰 and 🍭 and 🍪❗️ I know it’s not easy! Easy like a Sunday morning… 🎶

I am not sure what A1C means, I am only doing the finger prick test which at the moment it's 5.5
been on Sibetes UK Site for Type 2 diabetes
and feel much happier looking at the food I can have. And yes can't wait to go on this conference for diabetes may get some answers i need to know. x
