How do I sinc  my iPad with my android mobile….my iPad is showing as if I was just starting new with the game

It sounds like you’ve accidentally logged in with a different Facebook profile. As this is an online game, the data isn’t stored on your device so you don’t need to sync them. Log out and log back in with your usual FB profile and you should see your own garden.

Hi I'm wondering if its the iPad that has a problem today, because I'm on an iPad and I'm having trouble getting into Fairyland and staying there it keeps kicking me off and I have to keep logging back in, it's usually ok

I have the same problem Shelagh, except I'm on Android. Have been crashing constantly. Never had a problem before today.

I'm also on an iPad (as well as my iPhone) and have had no issues.

Still not working. Seems to crash when ever i visit a garden. No problem playing on my phone, just my tablet (ipad) I have sent a message to support, hopefully they will get back to me.
