Hi Marq the pot ID is used with other info in the calculator to give the trail order for doing the tops. It can also be used for other things too like getting a particular colour for you birthday balloon.

Ah like the precocious plants? Where is the calculator? I've only recently came back to playing FL a few months ago after a couple of years out.

Hi Marq welcome back & no doubt you will have noticed there have been quite a few changes since you left,  & yes the calculator is useful for all sorts of things including the pots for those praecocia levels. There are couple of fan sites on the bottom of the help page you may find useful too, I use the freedom fairies one. Will post the link for the calculator below so it's easier to copy.
