Facebook Friends not added to my friends’ list!

I have some people I’ve got to know on Fairyland who I’ve recently added as Facebook friends, but they’re still not showing on my FL friends’ list. Why would that be? I’ve searched all the settings I can find but no joy. Can anyone help?

It may be their settings - they perhaps haven't given the necessary permissions to allow FL to access the information it needs.

Thanks Tracey but they’re all yelling at ME 😂 they say it must be my settings but I don’t know what I’m supposed to allow....

I added Karen (above) and another friend on same day, the other is on my friends list, but Karen I can’t send gifts and she’s not on the left hand side of the all gardens page etc 🤷🏼‍♀️

Karen, you could try removing the game and adding it again (it's quite safe).  Make sure you accept the request to allow FL to access your FB friends list.  Even if you already have the correct settings, adding the game again can sometimes nudge them into working properly :)

It's not risky, it's perfectly safe to do, and you will get your garden back exactly as you left it :)

Just to add: it's something that Support will often ask people to do in this kind of situation.  If it doesn't work, there may be other things that people can suggest.
