Will my rainbow butterfly flower  attract violet and/or indigo caterpillars?

It can attract either the rainbow butterfly, or the colour of the caterpillar which you attached to it.

How 50/50 .. with that kind of Rainbow Flutter Plant and a Shroom, you can get all colours of wrigglers (except red) .. unless of course the food is Tropical and you get a Butterfly, then it will end with all coloured worms

This is butterflies, not caterpillars.  The rainbow does not attract all colours of butterfly.  It will either be the rainbow or the colour of caterpillar which was attached.
