It sometimes takes an hour or so. If you still haven't received it within an hour or so, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.

It can take a little time to process, depending on your payment provider. The message you get when you buy gold asks you to give it an hour, then report any issues using the Support link at the bottom of the page, I believe.

I purchased gold approx 3 hrs. ago and have nor recieved gold yet. I used my debit card and it was declined, a few minutes later my bank text me that Pay Pal had sent for the 40.00 and I accepted it. Please help, I don't have an E mail acct.

Use the email address you use for Facebook (you have to have an email account to have a FB account) and use the Contact Us link. You will need an email address that Support can contact you on.

I paid with PayPal it went thru my bank! I still haven't received my gokd! I don't and cant use my
