My garden has been frozen since Thursday, and I've just logged on again today and seen that wildlife is still being spotted in my garden, yet it's still frozen! Why is this happening?

People have been able to water your garden pretty consistently over the last couple of days, so it clearly hasn't been frozen.

How do you get to your garden when you come to play? Do you use a saved link? If so, it's likely that you've saved a version that has the freeze/unfreeze command in it, so your garden's freeze state changes when you access it. In other words, it hasn't been frozen, but froze when you accessed it today. It's best to use the My Garden link on the green toolbar for this reason.

I froze it on Thursday because we were going away. I use microsoft on my laptop.

I DEFINITELY FROZE IT on Thursdsy. I still haven't unfroze it.

It shows you harvested a Pink Cap mushroom 1 day and 4 hours ago. If you definitely froze before then, someone else has accessed your garden using your log in.
The other reason for an inadvertent thawing is if you have accepted a seasonal plant gift.

This is so weird. Nobody else has accessed my garden. I emailed support and they say my garden is not frozen, but it is and I haven't unfroze it. Yesterday when I logged in, I hadn't logged in in over 24 hours and just an hour before I logged in someone spotted a pygmy mouse.
