I have tons of caterpillars but no butterflies.What am I doing wrong?

None of your butterpillaflora plants is attracting a butterfly. To get butterflies, you must attach a chrysalis to the plant while it is between three minutes old and fully grown. When you do, once it is fully grown it will sparkle and the status will say Attracting A Butterfly. Once the butterfly is spotted the plant stops sparkling and the status changes to Fully Grown.

They did all sparkle so I guess they were just missed. I'm out of forest seeds now so I have to collect some more.Thanks anyway.

If they were missed they would keep coming back until they were spotted, or until the plants were RTH.  Yours are all still fully grown so either the butterflies have come and been spotted, or they did not have caterpillars attached :)
