Problem with level 4 quest

Pallavi and Maia5 years, 2 months ago

I was in the middle of my 2nd game of level 4 (Be my Valentine),and the game suddenly disappeared. I wasn’t able to finish or collect my scrolls. I feel  ‘cheated’ as I’d put so much time and effort into it. Can anything be done?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you were in the middle of a quest you'd still be able to complete it as long as you didn't cancel it. And the quest itself is still showing as available. Can you explain what happened more specifically, and what you did before it disappeared? When you say "the game" disappeared, are you talking about Fairyland itself? Or the quest? And disappeared from where?

I’m not aware that I cancelled it .... I was in fact trying to check how many more lovebirds needed to be spotted in my garden. At that point the game sort of vanished, as in the next thing I knew I had played 2 games (30 scrolls). Why then were  the scrolls for the 2nd game not counted? Thanks for your help.

The no. of games played says 2. If I had cancelled it, it would have been 1.

If you completed the quest, you'd have got the scrolls. I'm still not clear what you mean by "it sort of vanished" - what vanished, and from where? Do you just mean the quest page closed? Are you sure the quest isn't still active?

What shows when you click on the scroll icon?

I think it’s all too complicated ...  I should start all over again. Maybe I cancelled the game without meaning to. Thanks a lot for your help though!!

Yeah. . . I once completed a quest but didn't get the scrolls. Never figured out why, and technical support wasn't able to help me. Never figured out what I could possibly have done instead of collecting the scrolls, either. (You can't cancel a quest once you've finished it, and I
could tell I didn't mis-count my scrolls because I still had an old tab open on my computer.)

Oh well. It seemed like a lot of scrolls at the time, but out of the 1000's I need altogether it was only a few.
