I would love to know which topiary critters are the toughest to find in your opinion.  I have 2 critters to go and I will be done with topiaries but I want to put the top 3 into my greenhouse so I can pull them out to help taskers as other people have done to help me.  I just can't decide which ones to go for; zebra, elephant maybe... any other suggestions?

I usually keep the topiary crane and top rainbow uni in my greenhouse and I alsoo have the rfh ventus so that I can get the leopard trimmed quicklly when it's needed. The elephant, woodpecker and badger are also good ones to store.  Any top that requires a rfh plant really :)   The zebra, kangaroo etc. are easily attracted with fully grown plants whenever there's a shortage :)

When I was about to set off on a period of assisting others with topiaries...I asked all those friends whom I had met on the trails and were still completing, which ones they thought would be the best. The woody and badger figured into the scenario. I had wanted to do the leopard so set about planting for these ones. While the leopard is a rare one...I did not get much call for it. The woody was the most requested...and then the badger. Then it came to pass that I had a pink winged unicorn and black unicorn. Those ones kept me hopping...I had requests almost daily. In-between times I would trim things like the giraffe, skunk and meerkat. Then it came time for the bushes to be nearly extinct and I wanted to do something for my garden so I handed the torch over to those whom I had helped. Something to remember though is...that sometimes due to time zone differences...by the time that I set up...the person had already found what they needed elsewhere. And...other times there were an abundance of gardens attracting what a person wanted help with...so I just referred them back to the wildlife tabs...as those gardens needed theirs spotted just as much as the person wanting to spot them. I did not want to deprive a garden owner of visitors.

Thanks for the tips ladies.  I wish we could store a few more than 3 things in the greenhouse but I get it, if we all had dozens of things stored that would affect the game too much and not make a challenge at all.  I still haven't decided what to store, but I am looking forward to it all.

I have plates in storage where the wildlife is zebra, kangaroo golden unicorn giraffe and a few others.   These are first on the plate and when someone asks if there are gardens gardens hosting say zebra for example, I bring out the plate and plant up the bush, wait for it to be trimmed and leave it for taskers.   That way I don’t use up my greenhouse storage.

I’m always bouncing things in and out of my greenhouse, I try to keep the ones that take the longest for trims (leopard, badger woodpecker) but once they age out I start over.. I have many of the hard to find as first feeds, still tempted do do another violet so I can store the TRU... But, I get distracted helping others in the moment, eventually it will be there!! I just wish we could have a few more.. I’m one of the weird ones that loved doing the Tops!!
