I have a 'Moon' (from the ready for harvest Luna Serena) and the correct 'Note of a Birdsong' (from the ready for harvest Carmena Uniflora.) The exact 'note' which attracts the Nightingale changes every day, so you'll need to discover the correct one for today. The more of that same note you have, the stronger the attraction power.

I am attracting only SBL, please advice

You need one deterrent for each attractant.  So one more Dulcia will get rid of the SBL.

But you don't have the correct note for today - today's colour is violet.

Since I have already attracted the Nightingale, now I need Nightingale to build the nest so can I remove the sun dragon herb ??

You don't need the sundragon at all for a nightingale garden - unless you were trying to deter the hedgehog?  Although it would have needed to be RTH for that.  And if you use high tables, the hedgehog won't be a problem anyway.

So yes, you can get rid of the herb.
