The fairy can come to either table.  High tables are best if you aren't using a supershroom.

It isn't in the Wildlife Guide yet but it will be in the Misc section along with all the other birthday wildlife.  If you've spotted/attracted any, they will be in the lists on your back/garden walls, again under Misc.
