Dresden and I are adjusting. he seems to be ok. he does seem to meow more after eating than he did, and I wonder if he's looking for Murphy. (they always, *always* ate together.) we're suppose to get up to 61F tomorrow, which is quite warm for November! I have 3 pots of geraniums to put away in the garage so the warm weather will be perfect forr that. stopped by the library today. looks like I've read all the JD Robb books they have. I'm reading one by Jude Deveraux now; light reading. I'm sending Bessie lots and lots of ear rubs, and Dresden is sending sleepy snuggles to both of you. hugs! xoxo ❤️🍂

Was at James’s on Monday, went to the legion Remembrance Day ceremony and had a great visit with friends and then came home yesterday. Today John and I went to his house a couple hours away that he rents out, they’re nice people and look after the place well. We were gone all day, got back at 530 so the day is shot. Sun sets at 440 and it’s dark by 530 so other than doing the chickens, I’m holding down the couch tonight. I have to clean the chicken coops tomorrow, they haven been done for a couple of weeks and are looking pretty messy. I want to go back to James’s, I really miss my parents, my sister and brother in law and of course James.
