I give myself monthly shots. So far after 2 shots, I'm not making progress. But I know it takes time. I'm still taking daily as needed.

Hello Carmen ~ very soggy again today, temps in mid 40's.  Enjoyed breakfast out before picking up grocery order.  Now trying to stay awake, this weather is ntot perking me up. The tribe is getting bigger now, so is hard to get everyone to agree on any given time and date, but hopefully will work out with everyone on the 28th.  Jeff's schedule is not user friendly so hard tor Jojo to get acquainted with everyone.  Hope you have a good one, take care, stay safe and enjoy yor day ~
