That sounds absolutely awful getting migraines with the fluctuations in the weather. Our bodies are very weird machines and what affects one person doesn't another. I just get sad or grumpy all year round (LOL).  But I do know what depression is like and have to listen to Buddhist Monks healing music and do the self-talk as well to get myself through my grumpy times.
I am struggling with pain at the moment from neck to toes which is not helping my daily activities. Some poor little seedlings are still waitng to be planted and I just keep watering them every day and tell them it won't be long before they are in a big pot. I hope to get to some today. xx
