no, I certainly won't miss the long Mondays. The reason we're having long Mondays is that we have a team meeting every Monday after closing time. I like it that way, because I know for sure when I can leave work and go home. At my former daycare centers we had team meetings only every 4-6 weeks and then we had to stay until EVERY topic was covered. So sometimes we had to stay until 8 or even 9 pm. I think once every week for two hours is way better and as a part time worker I only have to participate once a month, which is even better, right?
