I am giving up the game. I'm getting frustrated because many times when I log in from the browser to this game or then switch back to the app on my phone ... I get locked out of Facebook

Then I have to prove who I am which is a pain

I tried to ask for help on the fairyland forum but the post got removed and I had some kind of warning issue and had to agree not to do it again.

I'm getting locked out of Facebook occasionally and it's frustrating.

Typically it happens for example when I change networks.
When I log in from my app, and then I have to log in from a browser because the game is on the web.

Any darn excuse they label it as suspicious activity.

I know they want my phone number to prove who I am and I'm not going to do that.

Yet when you report things like pornography or spam and all they say is it's not against community standards.

This subsequently means that I get locked out of fairyland as well.

Sometimes they say oh you have used an old password but my password has not been changed. Then after we installing or after a day or two it gets back to normal like nothing ever happened.

Nothing I can do just frustrated and I'm wondering if anyone else faces the same problem.
