Hi everyone,hope its ok to post this here?I thought it may be nice to share recipes with each other and ask for suggestions as we all come from different parts of the world.I am looking for suggestions for a crumb to go on top of chicken breasts,any ideas?

If you don't like the store-bought variety of crumbs, you can also use your favorite crackers - just put them in a bag and smash them with a hard object you have around the kitchen. Just remember to be mindful of the surface you are smashing on. Some surfaces can be damaged by the activity. Counter-tops and/or going outside (if able) are good places to beat the living daylights out of crackers ;)

A layer of spicy tomato sauce, followed by a layer of crumbled nachos with a sprinkling of grated cheese :)

Mmmmm 1 cup flour 250 gram butter and 200 gram cheese cracker made fine, rub  butter into flour with finger tips add the crushed cheese cracker coat chicken pieces with beaten egg then roll in flour mixter ... Bake or fry .... Delicious x
