Just curious who/what everyone named their garden fairy/elf after?

I named mine after my late husbands grandfather (who lived to the ripe old age of 205)
I've always been curious about the names..!! ❤️

My fairie was named after a Celtic heroine in a novel I read a long time ago. Never heard the name before but loved it...it is the name I use in all my gaming. :)

A High School friend named Peg invited me to play Fairyland, so I named my fairy after her.  Sadly, Peg no longer plays.

My Elf is named for someone I know who looks very Elfin, I don't think he would be happy to know this ,I get a kick out of Wesley having to water etc lol

Crysta is named after the main fairy character in the animated movie "Fern Gully" and my snail names are other characters from the movie.

@Jen and Crysta, I absolutely love that movie..!! Batty Coda is my favorite (my maiden name is Batty). So I guess it's fitting! I even have I'm tattooed on my back!!

My grandson Roman got me started playing, so I named my fairy Ramona in his honor. Ellafair was my great aunt. I thought it sounded like a fairy name, so I added it. Four years ago my granddaughter Ellafair was born and the name fits her perfectly.
