I was skin and bone when dad was dying and passed because of the stress and grief.  I normally sit on around 64 kilos, now I'm 70 kilos.

Yes, and you would have to be very careful having bad shoulders.  Try walking, do you like walking?.
And do yourself a favour,  get a nice bathing suit,  and enjoy yourself at the beach with your summer coming up. Nobody is going to care but you.

Iv always been on the small side since a kid, but now I'm the heaviest iv ever been. Getting older i guess,  and i have a Thyroid condition. I just want to lose 4 to 5 kilos. I have some really nice jeans and pants I don't fit into anymore.  Arghh.

You really don't look that big. Pictures and TV make people look bigger.  And times have changed. We don't need to look anorexic.  Big is beautiful.  But if it makes you feel better,  then lose some weight. And exercise to tone. I realised iv got cellulite on my legs last summer at a friend's pool party, and iv always hated cellulite.  But I guess it's got to do with age. I'm hoping doing my home exercises will help. I'm still yet to start walking though.

You can talk, you look amazing,  and no make up.

To be honest, I think the frog hunting is the worst, I really enjoyed setting up for the Bottom dwellers but I did not enjoy the frogs or hunting for the dwellers, I was so relieved to get all the hunting out the way but I like to build up tadpoles each time just to be safe before I start each round because I dont want to make any mistakes and stuff it all up. I hope you enjoy attracting them as much as I did, im excited to do starfish I just hope I set it all up right I know this final round is the hardest one. :D
