Hi Leigh, yes plodding along we do. L help him when he has been poorly and do chores. Now he is doing same for me. Not how l like it but he does his best bless him. Tell George l said its important even if it hurts some to do physio. Thats if he doesnt want the pain and damage to be permanent. Eight or is it nine years on l still have troubles not all the time l agree but it upsets sleep and l have to do physio to get some relief.  Gosh thats really hot up there at 28 C . Yesterday we had 20/23 C because of the breeze. Today it was 20C at 10 am and still is but no breeze so will feel hot, sky is hazy at the moment but UV is very high. l stay indoors when its like that, K is sat out hoping for a tan..idiot. No sunscreen either, asking for trouble isnt he. Have a good day as best you can do, do take care too. Much love to you both xxx

Part 2 Me l have not been great for the last 6 months, not sure but think it maybe arthritis in most of my joints and now l have an eye infection just to annoy me. The ointment blurs my vision lol. so touch typing best l can. I do hope you feel more positive soon, depression is a nasty thing that can and does crop up what feels like out of nowhere. Its not an easy fix, when troubling things keep happening and adds to the worry that caused it in the first place. Its good if you can unload some of it, it helps to talk . Take care of yourself, love to you both. l will delete your message l dont want others to read it . xxx

Hello Leigh, l can see why you have depression, you have had a lot to deal with with yourself , daughter and grandchild's health. l see G has torn his rotary cuff, its quite easy to do as you age if you had lifted heavy things regularly in the past. l did mine when l had to pull myself up and down the stairs when l broke my toes. Make sure he keeps up with the physio or it will hurt permanently...like mine, still have to exercise now 8 years after the event. K is ok overall, but has to have a hernia repair done, its from when he had part of his bowel removed. He has had several procedures since we last spoke and it was thought shadows on his kidney was more cancer turns out its stones and will have them sorted at some point. More scans but only as a check up for the other problem, which is causing no reason to worry about as all is functioning ok. Me l have not been great for the last 6 months, not sure but think it maybe arthritis in most of my joints and now l have an eye infection just to annoy me. The ointment blurs my vision lol. so touch typing best l can. I do hope you feel more positive soon, depression is a nasty thing that can and does crop up what feels like out of nowhe

Hi Leigh, they have been at it again. Thy even got the covid nurse to say that the reason he didnt have the covid test last time was because they could not get a hold of him on the phone. Which we know is tosh, phone with him night and day...according to them K cancelled, then they cancelled so why did he then need a test?? its lie upon lie. They rang and told him his op is on Wednesday no time or what ward, they rang again and said paperwork dispatched.. not arrived so K rang and asked where it was..told will send it out again ..it came special delivery it was sent the day of the phone call..yet another lie. The covid nurse came yesterday. Enough of all that so past the angry stage. Pretty well decided to take the matter further. Pleased to hear G is doing ok. I am concerned though that you have to have a head scan due to your balance being affected. l know it may sound crazy but did they check your ears as that can throw your balance off. Anaemia is an easy fix unless you are bleeding and not aware of it..like K. Even that can make you a bit woozy cant it. Cooler for you up there, but just as wet as here. We have rain again all week this week. Not cold though. Further south they
