ok i did some more reading. the uw ghost frog isnt going to come to your garden yet.
let me see if i can explain this better.
in your garden, all your underwater frog critters are levelled out (they are all at the same number) so no more will come. this means you need to have the land frog come to your garden first. this is why you have been hunting underwater frog critters. for every five of all three frog critters you spot, 5 land frogs will come to yours to match your spotting count. this is why you need to spot 5, because only the fifth land frog will bring spawn. so you still need to spot that 5th underwater frog, be it either 5 of whichever one, ghosty or regular.
if you want more underwater frogs or ghosts in your garden you will need to attract more tadpoles to your garden using that spawn. 5 tadpoles = 5 froglets = 5 frogs. what kind of frog will only depend on what kind of pond you have. and 5 underwater frogs = more spawn.
