lol. Yes I used to do races and walks a lot during ONE of my many fitness eras lol.

Yeah I've read you pretty much can go thru the menopause symptoms for the rest of our lives.

Yes, exercise always helps!!  It's very important! Especially building muscle which burns fat and that is when I was at my best, is when I was weight training.

The fat theory is true. It's basically that it is easier for people who were fat young, to gain weight again. Because your sister works hard at it, is why she keeps it off. That is how it works of course. YOu have to work hard at it. When I work hard at it, I lose weight and keep off too. I just gain easily if I don't work at it.

If you go in my FB ohoto albums you will see my walks/races album :D  I used to take lots of pics on my walks at the Lakes and also when I did races. I'm just going thru another of my lazier phases for the last couple of years so I gain the weight back. I did lose 15lbs since last May tho after mom passed away because Dad and I started eating healthier
