Wednesday watering - last Wednesday in April!!  I hope you are having a wonderful day - thanks for your visits and spotting my animals.
Need to have one albino skunk and one badger spotted and then I will have completed another of the Level II tasks.  Will move on to squirrels after this.

Oh, that poor lady.  How come there was nothing in the reserve fund?  We have a very healthy one - which will pay for the pipes.  The special assessment is to bring it back to how it was.  We don't have any repairs coming for a while yet.  The condos opposite me had to have the patios on the first floor jacked up because the foundation was failing.  The patios were tarped off from October to last week.  Lots of jack hammering, concrete pouring, etc.  I hate to think how much that would have cost.
